I was in the middle of a day trip wth my wife and 2 young kids, when we realized I had left my wife's asthma inhaler in the car on the mainland. I called Lou and told him about our predicament. He was very sympathetic to our issue and quickly called our pharmacy for back home and transferred her prescription over to the Oak Bluffs location in no time at all. I am extremely grateful to him and would reccomend them to anyone!
