Only game in town. Good service, decent sheets and towels.
The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the people working in the laundromat were very nice! That said, the sheets and towels are the thinnest and cheapest quality! It's the equivalent of the budget style hotel. They are almost non existent with absorbing water and feel like sand paper. If you want a better quality towel, rent beach towels for your bath towels. The beach towels are also small in size for a beach towel. They are more sized like a bath towel. Beware that the King sheets do not fit the bed other than to cover the top of the mattress with no over hang. The pillow cases are one size for all and where we stayed had King pillows. I went back to the laundromat to ask for larger sheets and pillow cases and that's all they carry. For such a high end place to travel to, I'm SHOCKED people don't provide these amenities like other VRBO places do around the country. It gives a very cheap like feel to renting here.
Worse company ever. Old, cheap and stained towels. Look like they never purchased new linens. I changed my old prior to pickup date, it took over 3 wks of several emails and voicemail messages for them to return a partial refund. Never got back my full refund. They don't reply back to voicemail or emails. I reported them to my credit card company and BBB. Avoid using them.
Do not rent from this place. I only received half of the sheets I ordered and the king-size sheets do not fit in the king size bed. They also only have standard pillows for king-size pillows and they don't fit. Very poor quality and very poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and bring your own.
I placed an order through Takemmy Rental for linens for a weekend stay on Martha's Vineyard. I requested linens to be delivered by 2PM and did not get them until 6:30PM. I wanted to use the towels for the beach on Friday and to bathe the children that evening. I tried to called and sent an email and no response, until the linens were being delivered at 6:30PM. I then received a text that were on the way. I called to follow-up on the order and no call or response back. I will not be using them in the future and would not recommend their service. Thanks!
